At MILLII MERCH, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and securely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During new collection launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders where applicable.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. MILLII MERCH is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@milliimerch.com. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@milliimerch.com. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@milliimerch.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging (if applicable)

We'll review your claim and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority.
