At MILLII MERCH, we want you to be confident with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage.
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or damaged merchandise
  • Items returned without original tags

Exchanges

Need a different size?

If your preferred size is available, we're happy to exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
